The current global pandemic has shown us the need for a new generation of remote collaboration tools and experiences. It also shaped how we collaborated on putting together this result of our first explorations - since we are for the time being located on different sides of the planet. We have chosen to build and make use of a custom nano-platform in order to bring together our ideas and concepts, as well as present it to you. In fact, this tiny platform makes use of the exact same technology stack that we would use when developing the great transformation.

We believe that the possibility of artistic representations online are in an early stage and vastly unexplored. Most of the attempts that we encountered so far are mere representations of exhibition concepts as they are presented in the physical world. Even though we make use of metaphors to discuss our views and potential implementations of online exhibitions, we do believe that we should focus on the opportunities that a digital (or hybrid) exhibition could embrace. Therefore we have proposed an alternative exhibition concept and a distinct digital graphic design strategy, as well as designed a technology stack that would allow for expressive explorations.

There is nothing conceptual or visual that we propose today that we would define as non-negotiable, in fact, we want to use this proposal as a discussion piece in order to collaborate together, on the concept, content and representation with AWB and their communities, putting co-creation methods to use in order to achieve results.
